By clicking “I Agree,” checking a box, or otherwise affirming your consent, you (“User”) agree to be bound by this Clickwrap Agreement (“Agreement”) with Wolf Trade Empire LLC., a Florida Limited Liability Corporation (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). If you do not agree to this Agreement, you may not access or use our financial platform or any related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
This Agreement governs your access to and use of “Taller de introducción al Mercado de valores y trading”, including our website, mobile application, seminars, live videos, messaging group chats, tools, and financial services (collectively, the “Service”). By accepting, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented to you.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You also represent that you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws or regulations, including financial or sanctions-related restrictions.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering or using the Service
• Maintain the security of your account and credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or use of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws, including financial regulations, anti-money laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
4. Financial Disclaimers
The information, analysis, tools, and content provided on or through the Service are for general informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.You acknowledge and agree that:
• The Company is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or fiduciary, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• No part of the Service constitutes a recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
• Decisions made based on information provided by the Service are made at your own risk.
• Market data, projections, or performance-related information are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee future outcomes.

5. Authorization
You authorize us to access and share your financial data, as necessary, with third-party providers, financial institutions, or regulatory authorities, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Circumvent any security features of the platform
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without our permission
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of this Agreement, suspected fraud, or regulatory noncompliance.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
• Any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement
• Any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade
• Any guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Wolf Trade Empire LLC., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Losses resulting from investment or financial decisions
• Errors or inaccuracies in financial tools, calculations, or projections
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunity
• Unauthorized access to or use of your account or data
• Any reliance placed on content obtained through the Service
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict
liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using the Service.
11. Governing Law

13. Arbitration Agreement & Waiver of Class Actions
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
a. Agreement to Arbitrate
You and Wolf Trade Empire LLC. agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, your relationship with the Company, or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and governed by the Florida Revised Arbitration Code (Chapter 682, Florida Statutes).
This agreement to arbitrate includes, but is not limited to:
• Disputes related to this Agreement, the Service, or our Privacy Policy
• Claims based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory
• Claims that arose before or after acceptance of this Agreement A copy of the AAA Rules is available at: https://www.adr.org/Rules
b. Location & Language
Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, the arbitration will take place in the State of Florida, in a location reasonably convenient for both parties. The arbitration will be conducted in English.
c. Fair Process To comply with Florida law and ABA guidance:
• Each party shall have a reasonable opportunity to present evidence and cross-examine witnesses.
• Filing fees and arbitrator costs will be allocated according to AAA rules, except that Wolf Trade Empire LLC. agrees to pay all arbitration fees for claims totaling $5,000 or less, unless the arbitrator determines the claim to be frivolous.
• Either party may request a written explanation of the arbitration decision.
d. Exceptions to Arbitration
The following types of claims are not subject to arbitration:
• Claims brought in small claims court, if they qualify
• Actions seeking temporary injunctive or equitable relief related to intellectual property or unauthorized access to the Service
e. Class Action Waiver
You and the Company agree that any claims will be brought on an individual basis only, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator shall have no authority to conduct class arbitration or to join or consolidate the claims of multiple individuals.
f. Opt-Out Procedure
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending a written notice to [Assistant@lewislawesq.com] within 30 days of your acceptance of this Agreement. Your notice must include:
• Your full name
• Your address
• A clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement Opting out will not affect your other rights under this Agreement.
g. EnforceabilityThis arbitration section shall survive the termination of your relationship with the Company. If any portion of this arbitration agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect, except that if the class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement shall be null and void.
